As a former classroom teacher with over 20 years of experience, I understand how vital individualised instruction is for success. For the past eight years, I have taught KS3 English and Grammar, GCSE English Literature and Language, and GCSE and A-Level Media Studies in Kingston. Prior to this, I taught KS3 and KS4 English in Ealing, focusing on EAL instruction. During my inital teaching years in America, I taught English to EAL students. My entire teaching practise has focused on students who find English difficult, as well as those who are excelling and require additional challenge. I have extensive experience with pupils with additional needs, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ASD. Through my unique and personalized approach, my students develop organized study habits and effective learning strategies that can be applied to a wide range of areas.
